HELP, my cutter is broken!

You finally got your order and you're eager to get started! You grab your brand-new cutter, prepare a nice sheet of clay, and then "crack!" your cutter breaks immediately. That's a real shame and a huge disappointment!

We understand that perfectly! Almost all cutters come out of our 3D printers perfectly, but even we make production errors. 3D printers are quite unpredictable, and we try to inspect the cutters as thoroughly as possible and sand away any unnecessary imperfections. But sometimes it's difficult to spot a flaw.

By the way, have you been busy for a while and accidentally washed your cutter too hot, causing it to become misshapen, or perhaps you stepped on it? We'll happily send you a new one with your next order. Just let us know in the comments section.
