Returns / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount including the standard shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €4.60 per parcel. Please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Sieradenstraatje will use the same payment method that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method.

You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form (see attachment at the bottom of this text).

Return Instructions

Step 1
Contact us via: contact@sieradenstraatje.nl

Step 2
Place your items with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in the original condition and packaging.

Step 3
Write the following address on your return parcel:

Step 4
Bring your return to the nearest postal point and ship it to Sieradenstraatje. Shipping costs start from appr €4,60.

⚠️ Always keep your track & trace code until your return has been processed.

* Please note: returns sent via letterbox mail usually do not include track & trace. At a PostNL service point you can choose letterbox shipping with track & trace if desired.
