Legal Notice
These Terms & Conditions apply worldwide.
This English version is a translation of the original Dutch Terms & Conditions. In case of any discrepancy or interpretation difference, the Dutch version shall prevail.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Article 1 – Definitions
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person acting outside their trade or profession.
Entrepreneur: Sieradenstraatje.
Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via distance communication.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel within the cooling-off period.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer and distance agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before concluding the agreement, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer in a way that allows storage on a durable medium.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur may change the offer.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but are indicative. Minor deviations in colour or appearance do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
The entrepreneur may refuse orders or attach additional conditions if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
For products
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify:
After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
The consumer must provide proof of timely return shipment.
For services
For services, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, unless the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s consent.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after withdrawal notification, provided the product has been received or proof of return has been supplied.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
If the product is damaged due to improper handling by the consumer, depreciation may be charged.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

products made to the consumer’s specifications

clearly personalised products
-
products that cannot be returned due to their nature

sealed hygienic products once opened
This exclusion only applies if clearly stated in the offer.
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not be increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for VAT changes or legal requirements.
All prices are subject to typographical errors. The entrepreneur is not obliged to deliver at incorrect prices caused by such errors.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that products comply with the agreement and reasonable usability requirements.
Defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 2 months after discovery via email.
Warranty does not apply if:

the product has been modified or repaired by the consumer or third parties

the product has been used improperly
-
damage is caused by external circumstances
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times are indicative.
If delivery is impossible, the consumer will be informed and any payment will be refunded within 14 days.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be completed within 7 working days.
The consumer must immediately report inaccuracies in payment details.
In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged.
Article 13 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 2 months after discovery via:

If the complaint cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer may submit the dispute to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (if membership is active) or via the EU ODR platform:

Article 14 – Disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
The Vienna Convention (CISG) does not apply.
Returns & Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will receive a full refund of the order amount including standard shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense (approximately €4.60 per parcel).
