Sieradenstraatje ships standard with PostNL and charges €4.15 for shipping/packaging within the Netherlands, including Track & Trace. For other European countries, we charge €7.95, including Track & Trace.

Letterbox post/parcel post

When you order a product from us, it will be shipped as standard mail in a letterbox-sized box. This means PostNL will deliver your package through your letterbox. Depending on the workload, you'll usually receive your package within 1 to 2 business days within the Netherlands. Delivery to Belgium, Germany, and other EU countries will take a few days longer. We explicitly emphasize that Sieradenstraatje is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times, loss, theft, or damage by the post, but we can resolve the issue together.

If your order doesn't fit in a letterbox, it will be delivered to you in a postal box. These don't fit through the letterbox, so you'll need to be home to receive it. Not home? No worries, PostNL will take it to the nearest PostNL point.

Delivery times

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once you've placed your order, it will take between 2 and 4 BUSINESS DAYS for your package to arrive. Sieradenstraatje is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and is only available for workshops.

Sieradenstraatje always reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the transferred amount.

Returns/Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including (standard) shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €4.60 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at contact@sieradenstraatje.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. Sieradenstraatje uses the same payment method the consumer used for refunds, unless the consumer agrees to a different method.

Take your return to the nearest post office and have it shipped to Sieradenstraatje's Home Depot. Parcel shipping costs start at €4.10.
Make sure you keep the track & trace code of your return until it has been processed!

* Please note that returns sent by letterbox mail do not include a track & trace code. You can, however, request a track & trace code for your letterbox package at the PostNL counter.

The order amount due, including standard shipping costs for your return, will be refunded to the bank account used to place the order. This process takes a maximum of 5 business days from the date we receive your return.

• In case of a return, both the costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense.
• Please return the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure your return can be processed quickly.
• We will only process returns if they are returned in - if reasonably possible - their original condition, including labels and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
